Degen Fantasy (“the App”) is operated by CloudSuite Consulting Group LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Use are the End User License Agreement governing your use of the App. They are the same terms you accept in the App when you create an account, and you can review them at any time under Profile → Terms of Service.
By creating an account and using Degen Fantasy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Degen Fantasy. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Degen Fantasy uses virtual currency (“units”) for betting. These units have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services. All betting activity is for entertainment purposes only.
Degen Fantasy is NOT a real money gambling platform. No real money is wagered, won, or lost through use of this App. Any prizes or rewards within leagues are arranged privately between users and are not facilitated or guaranteed by Degen Fantasy.
You agree not to:
Degen Fantasy has ZERO TOLERANCE for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post, send, or display content in chat, league names, usernames, or anywhere else that is offensive, obscene, hateful, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
You can report objectionable content or abusive users at any time by long-pressing a chat message or from a player’s profile, and you can block any user so you no longer see their content. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; violating content is removed and offending users may be ejected and banned. By using Degen Fantasy you consent to this moderation.
League commissioners are responsible for managing their leagues fairly. Degen Fantasy is not responsible for disputes between league members regarding payouts, rules, or other league-specific matters.
We collect and store your email, display name, and betting activity within the App. This data is used solely to provide the service and is not sold to third parties. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Degen Fantasy offers Degen Fantasy Pro, an auto-renewing monthly subscription. The price is shown in the App before purchase and is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings; deleting the App does not cancel it. A Pro subscription unlocks additional features and does not confer any real-world monetary value.
We strive to maintain reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Odds data is provided by third-party sources and may occasionally be delayed or unavailable.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Degen Fantasy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any losses, whether virtual or real, arising from use of this App.
Degen Fantasy is an independent product of CloudSuite Consulting Group LLC and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with any sports league, team, organization, or sportsbook whose names, logos, or trademarks may appear within this App. All team names, team logos, league names, league logos, and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners. These marks are used solely to identify the corresponding teams, leagues, and events in an informational context. Their presence does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.
