Privacy Policy

Degen Fantasy (“the App”) is operated by CloudSuite Consulting Group LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). This policy explains what information the App collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Degen Fantasy is an entertainment app that simulates sports betting and casino games using virtual units that have no real-world monetary value. No real money is wagered, won, or lost in the App.

1. Information We Collect

Account information

Email address — provided when you create an account. If you use Sign in with Apple with “Hide My Email,” we receive only Apple’s private relay address, never your real one.
Display name — chosen by you, visible to other members of leagues you join.
Avatar selection — an identifier for one of our built-in preset icons. The App does not accept photo or image uploads.
Terms acceptance — whether and when you agreed to our Terms of Service.

App activity

Simulated bets you place, their outcomes, and your virtual unit balances
Leagues you create or join, your role in them, and your standings and head-to-head records
Casino game activity (blackjack, craps, poker, horse racing) and virtual casino balances
Aggregate statistics such as wins, losses, pushes, and net units

Content and social features

League names and other text you enter
Chat messages you send at a League Table. These are ephemeral and automatically deleted approximately six hours after posting.
Reports you submit and users you block, which we use to enforce our Terms of Service

Purchases

Whether you hold an active Degen Fantasy Pro subscription. Payments are processed entirely by Apple — we never receive or store your payment card details.

2. What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your precise or coarse location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone data, health data, browsing history, or advertising identifiers (IDFA).

The App contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and we do not sell or rent your personal information.

3. How We Use Your Information

To create and maintain your account and sign you in
To operate the App’s core features — leagues, simulated betting, standings, casino games, and chat
To display your name and stats to other members of leagues you have joined
To deliver and restore your Degen Fantasy Pro subscription benefits
To review reports, enforce our Terms of Service, and keep the App safe
To diagnose problems and improve reliability
To respond when you contact support

4. How Information Is Shared

We share information only in these limited circumstances:

With other users. Your display name, avatar, standings, simulated betting activity, and chat messages are visible to members of leagues you join. Your email address is never shown to other users.
With service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, Remote Config) — hosting, database, and authentication. See the Firebase Privacy and Security page.
- Apple — Sign in with Apple and App Store purchase processing. See the Apple Privacy Policy.
Sports data providers. The App displays odds and scores obtained from third-party sports data providers. These requests are made by our servers and contain no personal information about you.
Legal reasons. If required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or of CloudSuite Consulting Group LLC.
Business transfer. If the App is acquired or merged, your information may transfer as part of that transaction; we will notify you of any change in ownership.

5. Data Retention and Deleting Your Account

We keep your information for as long as your account is active.

You can delete your account at any time from within the App: Profile → Delete Account. This removes your sign-in credentials and your user profile, including your email address, display name, and personal statistics.

Because Degen Fantasy is a multiplayer app, some records created inside shared leagues — such as completed bets, past standings, and league history that other members continue to rely on — may be retained after deletion. If you would like these records erased as well, email us at trevor.boiles@cloudsuiteconsulting.co and we will remove them within 30 days.

League Table chat messages are deleted automatically about six hours after they are posted, regardless of account status.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Residents of California may request disclosure of the categories of personal information collected and may opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information — note that we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

To exercise any of these rights, email trevor.boiles@cloudsuiteconsulting.co. We will respond within 30 days. We will never discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

7. Security

Your data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure and encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest. Access is restricted by server-side security rules so that users can read and write only the data they are entitled to. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

8. Children’s Privacy

Degen Fantasy is rated 18+ and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. International Users

The App is operated from the United States, and your information is stored and processed there. By using the App, you consent to that transfer and processing.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will be communicated in the App.
